Our 2 year insurance plan goes beyond the ordinary, providing coverage for accidental damage and unforeseen incidents. If your watch suffers any damage or is lost within the coverage period, you're eligible for a replacement at 50% of the sticker price for the same model or another model for a similar price (subject to availability at the time for same models). This ensures that you can continue enjoying the elegance of our timepieces, no matter what unexpected events may occur.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all our watches come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty and 2 year insurance cover, free of charge. Please refer to the specific section on the product page or warranty & insurance page for more details.

Can I engrave a personal message on the watch?

Engraving services are not offered as we currently do not provide customization options for the watches.

What is the return policy for the watches?

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days upon receiving the watches. Please check our detailed return policies for more information.

Can I replace the watch strap?

Yes, you can quickly replace the watch strap with quick spring release. We will offer replacement straps for all of our watches at a later date.

How often should I service my watch?

We recommend servicing your watch at your local watch service center every 2 years to ensure optimal performance and longevity. We did, however, made sure our watches are very affordable to a point where servicing costs may not be worth it, depending on the location you reside.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. We have purposefully positioned ourselves in HK to make sure most countries can be reached for a quick but reasonable shipping costs. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not provide gift wrapping options due to logistical complexity. However, not meaning to boast, but our watches come with an elegant box already.
